The neighbor boy left his goggles at our house, much to Jake's delight!

Spring cleaning has started! I LOVE my clean, clutter-free counter!! I wonder how many days, hours, minutes this will last.

A few minutes of silence and I know there's trouble brewing! Yes, marker all over the floor, the cushion, the mouth, shirt and hands...thankful for Crayola Washables!!

Yes, this is the way I like to shop! Spend $8, save $12 - plus I got a $2 off my next purchase coupon with this!!!!

We met some friends at Blanford Nature Center. Here the boys are enjoying their view bird-watching. Or looking at how big things are with their "woggle-goggles," according to Jake.

It doesn't matter that the TV isn't on and nothing is happening. Joel is LOVING the fact that he is getting to play big brother's video game!

A little hard to see in this picture, but Jake picked me some "flowers" and put them in water by himself. He thought the would get more to drink if they were upside down.

Joel the "dog." Every time the wind blows, he sticks his tongue out. I think if we would allow it, he would love to stick his head out the car window like a dog.

Jeremy dragged us all to Home Depot - he's getting excited about starting his summer projects...we weren't so thrilled.
4-15-12
Jake learned how to ride his bike without training wheels - again. He wasn't very confident on his new "big boy" bike.

Had brats for dinner, and only used 1 bun...an hour later I found Joel had gotten into them and eaten bites out of all the remaining buns!!!

It's Opening Day for MLB!!! Yes, although I was stuck working for a million hours, Jeremy was nice enough to text me this picture of Rod and Mario, our Tiger's announcers. How I've missed you!
4-2-12
Don't judge - this is my boys' favorite place to watch TV. It's a daily struggle to get them to back up so they don't "ruin their eyes." Is that really just something our parents told us to back up? Is there any truth to it?

Jeremy decorated Easter eggs with the boys this year. Can you believe that he took the time to drill holes and get the insides out, rather than just boiling them? Yes, an impressive Dad!
