I am finally getting caught up on here.  I also realize I missed some days of taking pictures, but have decided that is just ok.  It is the time of year when I really feel like I work all of the time.  Thankfully this has been a relatively easy busy season, or maybe I'm just learning how to deal with it better.  Either way, there are days when I get home just in time to put the kids to bed and go to bed myself.  But spring is in the air - and that means busy season is almost done!!!  Can't hardly wait!!!!!!!

Joel got this cardboard house for Christmas.  The boys are slowly working on coloring it, but do have a lot of fun playing in it and poking their heads out of the window.

We tried to have a playdate at the park since Tuesday was such a nice day, but it was freezing!  So we ended up in the library.  Jake and his buddies are playing dinosaurs.

I went to the Breathe Retreat with our church for the weekend.  We were up at camp, and although we had the best speaker and worship that there has been since I've started going, it was freezing, we were without power, and there was a foot of snow.  It took me 4 hours to get there!  Overall though, still a fun weekend and a nice time to get-away and recharge.

Although a little hard to read, there is an arrow pointing at my belly and it says Future Fan.  I just got this shirt - really wish I had it for all of my pregnancies!  I also hope I actually get to go to a game this spring and wear this shirt!

It's Leap Day.  Today is the day that Great-Grandma met Jesus face-to-face.  We will surely miss her but will celebrate the life and legacy she has passed on.  Here is our 5 generation photo taken right after Joel was born.

Jake and I made a tic-tac-toe board at his Valentine's Day Party a few weeks ago.  He's still learning to play, but we've been practicing a lot!

While we were at the ultra-sound this week, our favorite babysitter watched the boys.  Jake and Margaret made an elephant family.  I thought it was interesting that she chose a pick, polka-dotted elephant for the unknown child in our family!

We decided to skip church today and go out for a family breakfast date.  However, Real Food Cafe served us so quickly that we still went to church - and we were early!!

Here is where I went downhill.  My kids spent two nights at Oma and Opa's house and I didnt know what to take pictures of...plus I was working a TON.  Literally I woke up, went to work, came home, went to bed.  So, I am missing some pictures and will not make it a full year and I am ok with that!
